At Thomler, we work with a carefully selected network of fulfillment partners. Our products are shipped directly to you from our fulfillment centers. This approach allows us to reduce storage and transportation costs, which means we can offer competitive prices and regular attractive deals. This shipping method is also more efficient and environmentally conscious, as unnecessary intermediate steps are avoided.

Processing Time After placing your order, it will first be processed. During this phase, your order is checked, prepared, and handed over to the shipping partner. The average processing time is 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping Time Once your order has been shipped, it will make its way to the address provided. The average shipping time is 3 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier. In most cases, an order is delivered within approximately 7 business days of shipment. Please keep in mind that we are partly dependent on external delivery services. Total delivery time: an average of 4 to 15 business days (processing + shipping). If you have not received your order after this period or have questions about the status of your order, please don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to help.

Shipping Costs We do not charge shipping costs. All orders are shipped free of charge worldwide, with no minimum order value.
